These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Lulu Amani by Kasper.

These GTC apply to all contracts between you and Lulu Amani by Kasper concluded through this online shop. We only recognise differing conditions if we have expressly agreed to them in writing.
Every piece is handmade in our Olten atelier from a proprietary silver-germanium alloy and natural gemstones. Natural inclusions, slight colour variations and fine finishing marks are characteristics of genuine handwork and natural stones and do not constitute a defect.
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Lulu Amani by Kasper is exempt from value-added tax (Art. 10 para. 2 of the Swiss VAT Act); prices are therefore stated without VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during the order process.
By completing your order you make a binding offer. The contract comes into effect with our confirmation or with the dispatch of the goods. For custom-made pieces we may require a deposit of up to 50%.
Payment is processed through our payment provider Stripe. Card payment, TWINT and prepayment by bank transfer are available; all payment methods are handled via Stripe. For prepayment we dispatch the goods once payment has been received.
Stock items are usually dispatched within one to three business days, custom pieces once completed. Details on delivery times and shipping costs are in our Shipping Policy.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Custom-made pieces, personalised items and made-to-measure sizes are excluded from returns. The exact procedure is governed by our Refund Policy.
The statutory warranty rights apply. In addition, we provide a twelve-month guarantee on manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper handling, normal wear and contact with chemicals is excluded.
Jewellery is a delicate natural product. Care instructions are available on request and, in future, on our care page.
All designs, texts and images are protected by copyright and may not be used without our consent.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract, to the extent permitted by law.

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Olten, Canton of Solothurn. The German version of these GTC is authoritative.
