Nearly every stock piece ships the next business day. Custom sizes and personalized pieces enter production in our atelier and are finished by a single hand - typically within 2-3 weeks before they ship.
You will receive an email confirmation the moment your order is placed, and a second notice with tracking the moment it leaves the atelier.
All payments are encrypted and processed on Swiss-hosted infrastructure. Prices are shown in your selected region's currency.
Every order ships with tracking. Within Switzerland delivery usually takes 1-2 working days after your piece is finished; 4-7 working days to Europe (customs and import duties are not covered and are charged to you on delivery), and 7-10 working days worldwide.
For orders outside Switzerland, any import duties or taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. We declare every parcel accurately and cannot mark shipments as a gift.
Read the full shipping policyIf a piece is not right, you may return it unworn and in its original presentation for a refund or exchange, per our refund policy. Made-to-order and personalized pieces are the only exception, as each is cut for you.

Are the gemstones natural? Always. We set only natural coloured gemstones - never synthetic, never imitated - each chosen by hand for its colour and life.
What is silver-germanium? Our proprietary alloy: the warmth and weight of fine silver, with markedly greater resistance to tarnish and a brighter, more lasting finish.
Do pieces come with a certificate? Every precious-metal piece carries our registered Swiss Responsibility Mark, stamped into the metal.
Can I commission something bespoke? Yes - it is where we are happiest. Write to us with your idea and we will guide you from first sketch to finished piece.
