Are your colored gemstones real and natural?
Yes - we exclusively work with natural gemstones. Most of our stones are completely untreated. Some gemstones in our collection have undergone industry-standard treatments, which is always clearly stated on the respective product page so you can make an informed choice.
Which colored gemstones are typically treated?
Certain treatments are standard practice in the gemstone industry - for example, heat treatment of rubies and sapphires or oiling of emeralds. That said, we also carry untreated rubies and emeralds for collectors and customers who prefer completely natural stones.
What metals do you work with? Are they real?
We start from 999-fineness precious metals sourced from Swiss refineries and alloy them ourselves. We deliberately avoid recycled material to ensure no toxic metals are present in our alloys. Our in-house silver alloy, for example, contains 1% germanium, which makes the metal harder, whiter and significantly more resistant to tarnishing.
Who makes the jewelry?
Every piece is made entirely in-house. We design each creation ourselves, build prototypes, test them, alloy the metals, cast, finish, polish, package and ship - all from our atelier in Olten, Switzerland.
Is everything you have published in your shop?
No - we have many gemstones, designs and finished pieces that are not yet listed online. If you are looking for a specific stone, cut or design, feel free to reach out. We are happy to show you what is available.
Do you make custom jewelry?

What if I don't know my ring size?
We will gladly send you a ring sizer free of charge. It is very easy to use and allows you to determine your exact size with precision. Simply get in touch and we will send one your way.

Can we visit you in person?
We do not have a public retail store at the moment and sell exclusively online. Our jewelry manufactory is located in Olten, Switzerland.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Simply clean your jewelry with warm water, a soft toothbrush and a drop of dish soap. Gently brush away any residue, rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel. Our silver alloy with germanium is more resistant to tarnishing than standard sterling silver, so with regular gentle cleaning your pieces will keep their shine for years.
