Refund Policy

We want you to love your piece. If something is not quite right, here are the conditions for returns and refunds.

1. General return conditions

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided the piece is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging with all enclosures.

2. Excluded from returns

• Custom-made and made-to-order pieces
• Made-to-measure sizes and personalised engravings
• Pieces with specially sourced gemstones
• Sale items and gift cards

3. Procedure

Please register your return in advance by email to contact@luluamani.ch. We will confirm the procedure and the return address. Please pack the piece securely.

4. Refund

Once we have received and inspected the return, we refund the purchase price within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method. Refunds are processed through our payment provider Stripe.

5. Shipping costs

The original shipping costs are non-refundable. You bear the cost of return shipping, unless the piece is defective or we delivered the wrong item.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the piece you would like.

7. Defective or incorrect items

If a piece is defective or was delivered incorrectly, we will find a solution together: replacement, repair or refund. Please contact us with photos.

8. Guarantee

We provide a twelve-month guarantee on manufacturing defects. Excluded is damage from impact, scratches, normal wear, contact with chemicals, oxidation and improper storage or cleaning.

9. Note on gemstones

Natural inclusions and individual characteristics of gemstones are not defects. Chips, fractures and chemical damage to stones are excluded from the guarantee.
