Shipping Policy

Every piece is carefully handmade in our Swiss atelier. Here is how and when your order reaches you.

1. Production and processing time

Stock items leave our atelier the next business day. Custom sizes and personalized pieces typically take 2 to 3 weeks (14-21 days) to craft, as each piece is made individually. Individual bespoke commissions are discussed separately by email; allow 2 to 4 weeks for these.

2. Delivery times

• Switzerland: 1 to 2 business days after dispatch
• Europe: 4 to 7 business days
• Other countries: 7 to 10 business days

These are estimates; the actual duration may vary depending on destination and customs.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated during the order process based on the destination country and are shown before you complete your order.

4. Shipping partners

We ship with Swiss Post and DHL. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking.

5. Customs and import

For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs, import or other fees may apply. These are borne by the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

6. Address details

Please check your delivery and contact details carefully. We cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.

7. Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact contact@luluamani.ch within 48 hours of receipt with photos, so we can find a solution together.
